We only collect what's necessary to make PricePulse work. Here's exactly what that means:

To improve PricePulse and understand how the product is being used, we analyze aggregated, non-identifiable patterns across all watchlist data. This is processed only by the site owner and is never shared with or sold to third parties. Specifically, we look at:

All of this is computed from aggregated data. We do not build individual profiles, track personal shopping behavior, or use this data for advertising of any kind.

The PricePulse Chrome extension is designed with privacy at its core. Here is exactly what the extension does and does not do:

| Price checking | The extension opens background browser tabs to check prices on product pages you have explicitly saved. These tabs are closed automatically after the price is read. |
| Pages accessed | Only product pages you have saved to your watchlist. The extension never reads, monitors, or transmits data from any other page you visit. |
| Affiliate links | When you click a product in your watchlist, an affiliate tag may be appended to the URL (Amazon: pricepulse0d-20). This generates a small commission at no cost to you. |
| Permissions used | tabs, activeTab, scripting, storage, notifications, alarms — each used solely for price tracking and alert functionality. |
| No keylogging | The extension never reads form inputs, passwords, or any typed content. |
| No cross-site tracking | The extension does not track your browsing activity across sites. |
You have full control over your data at all times. You can request to access, correct, export, or permanently delete your data by emailing our contact page. We will respond within 72 hours.
